Financial

The financial module consists of two parts. TruckVision® deals with the entire process of billing, drawing up claims (guarantee, R&M). TruckVision® also provides facilities for monitoring the spending limits agreed with the client.

For monitoring and handling the other financial activities, TruckVision® uses an external financial software package for which fully automated integration facilities have been developed. This allows the power of both domains to be utilized to the maximum.

For the Netherlands, TruckVision® uses the FIS2000 financial module of IBS Nederland. Other financial systems can also be linked to TruckVision®, such as Datev or Exact, which allows you to continue to work with your own tried and trusted financial software.
